Step into a world where wine and music come together in perfect harmony. Our Wine & Opera experience is a private, exclusive journey through the senses, set in a family-run organic winery Beconcini Wines in the rolling hills of San Miniato, Tuscany.
Your experience starts with a private guided tour through sun-kissed vineyards, our wine cellar, the Vinsantaia (where we produce a delicious dessert Tuscan wine) and Barricaia, where our finest wines age in the barrels to perfection.
Then, in the intimate ambiance of the wine cellar, surrounded by oak barrels, indulge in a sommelier-led tasting of six of our most exceptional wines. But this isn’t an ordinary tasting!
Each wine is paired with a live aria, performed by a professional soprano Sevilay Bayöz, creating an exquisite fusion of flavor and melody. The delicate aromas of white wine, the deep notes of aged reds, the golden hues of Vin Santo — all are enhanced by the powerful emotion of opera, heightening every sensation.

Meet Our Soprano: Sevilay Bayöz
With a voice that has graced some of Europe’s most prestigious opera houses, Sevilay Bayöz brings a touch of magic to our Wine & Opera experience.
Trained in Vienna at the renowned Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst, she has performed over 180 times with the Volksoper Wien, including a solo in Puccini’s Il Tabarro.
Her career includes collaborations with the Wiener Staatsoper, the Arnold Schönberg Chor, and performances at esteemed festivals such as Mörbisch and Kufstein.
Now based in Tuscany, Sevilay continues to enchant audiences, most recently performing as Bianca in Puccini’s La Rondine. Alongside her operatic career, she is deepening her passion for wine.
