I will never be a producer of white wines, but research in viticulture is my passion and mindful of the memories of my father who spoke to me about the old Trebbiano Rosa present in San Miniato, I searched, found and today I grow, ancient clones of these grapes with which I produce VEA (anagram of EVA, white wine with attributes)
