The Tempranillo Festival starts at 7:00 PM, and the latest arrival time is 10:00 PM.

You can choose between two seating options:

• Vineyard Table (up to 10 people per table)
• Garden Pallet (up to 8 people per pallet)

Please note: all tables and pallets are shared. If you don’t fill the table with your own group, you may be seated with other guests.

Tickets for the Tempranillo Festival are non-refundable.
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance is to be paid directly at the winery on the days of the event.

If the festival is cancelled for any reason (e.g., rain, wind, or other causes, including non-weather-related events), Beconcini Wines will issue a voucher equal to the amount already paid.

The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the original event date and can be redeemed only at the winery, for the purchase of wines, olive oil, and/or tasting experiences.

It cannot be transferred to third parties or converted into cash.

Please note: If the booking is cancelled within the 7 days prior to the event or in case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be converted into a voucher.
